What should I wear to class?

Can I sign up as an individual or is it only for couples?

Absolutely! You can register as an individual. You'll have the chance to dance and practice with other participants and the instructor.

Unfortunately, all reservations must be completed and paid for in full directly on our website.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance so we can confirm availability and prepare everything for you. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — just reach out before booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! You can book with peace of mind through our highly secure and encrypted online payment system, which protects against fraud and ensures your card details remain confidential and unrecorded.

What’s your Rescheduling Policy?

Bad weather: The safety of our guests is our top priority. If the excursion/experience cannot take place because of bad weather, we’ll offer an alternative date or simply offer a full refund. 
 
Other: Guests can re-schedule their booked excursion/tour at no charge up to 24 hours before 
the start time. No rescheduling will be accepted after this.

What are the payment options for my reservation?

You can securely pay for your reservation on our website using PayPal, Visa Debit, or any major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What’s the cancellation/refund policy ?

Accepted Answer

Guests can cancel until 7 days before the class start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time. After that, we will not accept any type of cancellation, since our team will already have everything organized to guarantee an amazing experience.  
 
*Exceptions: For cancelation or rescheduling requests due to severe illness or accident preventing a guest to attend/participate in the excursion/experience, we’ll need a medical certificate from the health center.
